I wanted to give you all an overview of what has happened during the last few days. Things took place at a rapid pace and I apologize if full information was not always available. The main thing here you may be worried about is what did this cost our country, if anything.

If you earned more then this through medals it should be considered a good outcome. As you may know we also placed a Q5 Defence System in Newfoundland. The asking price was 113 gold. After some discussion with the seller, we have agreed to payments done in installments. Because of this payment method being an option, I am able to cover the cost myself and no gold donation law will be made in regards to that.

Peace has been reached with Ireland and we will return to a mutual respect of one another. Our Training war with Russia is now available to us and we should be able to settle down and work towards further growth.
