Firstly, as Education Minster of Israel, I would like to congratulate the great nation of Ukraine for joining Virtu. It is with great honor that such a strong nation has chosen our alliance to join.  

Ukraine has just joined Virtu, making them Virtu's 4th member State! (Ukraine, Israel, Pakistan, Ireland)  Why might be asking, why are all of these nations joining Virtu?!  Virtu is a small, and growing international alliance which consists of stable countries, most of which has retained their native lation, meaning that most of the countries are comprised solely, or mostly, of people who started playing in that country. 

Virtu is also a market oriented alliance, which works on providing functioning markets to smaller nations, such as Ireland, and securing economic stability for its member States. Virtu, is also invested in the long term security of its nations, meaning keeping its nations from being wiped by outside forces, which typically happens to unaffiliated, small nations with one or two regions. Virtu serves the purpose of preventing that, with an active military force in all of its member nations. 

Virtu is also not officially affiliated with any longer alliance, and seeks to be neutral and friendly with all other nations and alliances.
