Good Evening Citizens of Mighty Empire of Scandinavia and Aliens from Rest of the eWorld,

Today I want to formally declare that the nearly 1-year of occupation of Peru which is the longest period of occupation of an active society, formally finished by mighty Scandinavian Empire. We do not take any advantage from Peru and that war is not wise nor entertaining to us. We are simply bored. We do not attack Peru unless they attack us and we will release regions of Peru and all non-Scandinavian regions by rw's. 

I want to congratulate the Peruvians because of their will and my fellow Scandinavians because of their might and power on the battlefield. I hope both countries find a new way to define each other besides than enemies and this declaration starts a new era of relationship between Scandinavia and Peru. We have still one free MPP and we want to use it for a strong friendship between Scandinavia and Peru. 

I also want to thank all our Allies for their help us during the invasion and the occupation periods. We can not prevail without their glorious helps. I hope the world wide peace period help to enshrine a strong economy to our Allies, Peru and Scandinavia.
