This is just a suggestion but I think it would help improve communication and activity for congressional members.  Is it possible to create a Congress tab on the main page?  Using this tab would allow congress members to communicate in near real time similar to how MU members can presently.  This would be a way to coordinate MPP's, and other votes.  The tab would allow congress members that don't like to go to off site forums or IRC, to get information quickly and accurately.  

If this tab could be set up it would be an added benefit if the country president and members of the cabinet could also use it to inform congress members about current and upcoming activities.
