I support 100% this article ... recently, on 2 occasions I wrote to the admin asking them to give me the opportunity to go some abandoned country, to start a small project. I even told them to give me options, I didnt want to harm any country, I just wanted to play and strategize in a different location from my country. I never received an answer. Its easier than in the cover of the game to say that it is only for some countries.

*moderator mode off* I don t understand this aaa give the same option to everyone- everyone has access to pages and statistics, everyone can see when a country has 0 active players. Just that someone sees it as oh look, that country is empty, lets get their regions, and others see it as oh look, that country is empty, lets get their citizenship. No one has to complain because someone thought of something sooner, I am pretty sure that NZ was inactive for quite some time now, anyone in the world could have seen the statistics.

I have, regarding things-happened-before. I wasn t around back then, but based on comments I believe admins granted cs for countries that had active players at the time. Maybe that was the case back then, but it definitely isn t the case now.
