1 - North Korea engage to don't make RW in Kangwon, Hamgyong and Hwangae
2 - South Korea engage to don't attack Pyongan, Chagang and Ryanggang
3 - North Korea will not fight against South Korea
4 - South Korea will not fight against North Korea
5 - North Korea will regulary attack Hwangae for training war
Only North Korea is allowed to attack South Korea in Hwangae !
South Korea is not allowed to attack North Korea in any region !
(North Korea is allowed to declare war when this article is posted)
