I may not be the first, but haven't seen the calculations in an objective way, only some sketches and emotions. Let's see what do we have here. We have to fight 30% of 900 5q0 hit a week to vote. That is 270 5q0, that is around 40 5q0 daily, thus 200 hits, 2000 energy barehanded (unfortunately the target is rising as our q0, so the 270/7~40 upmtion is quite correct). We want to enable mes of active players to vote, so i follow their(our?) routine. We have a q1 house, 550 energy.
At the morning we have 550 at full, 550 to recover and 250 from hospitals. We work, train, manage (some of us even travel to manage at full bonus,
or work at better offer). From the above 1350 energy we are about to hit around 1200 energy or even less, hopefully against natural enemy. We have to login again around noon to recover, and again in the evening to hit again and recover for the morning (+550 energy), thus around 1750 energy is fought without weapons. Now we do need some weapons and must not forget about any of the three logins at all, or we have to pay (around 550 unrecovered wellness is a bit more than 1 gold that must be spent on weapons).
So yes, the permission to vote is achievable without weapons, or 'extra' money spent on battles. But is this the line that separates players from
fakes? To login 3 times a day, seven days a week? I dont even brush my teeth that often.
Okay, we must fight with weapons, always. I work twice, even if i die working i can not produce more than 60 helis as employee, and we must not draw the line above the worker cl. Where is the other 140 helis come from?
Okay we must hit with helis but just as much extra helis to keep me in the polling booth. He logs in once a day, and misses one day a week, also i logs in 4 days an extra time. Now that is an active player i think, He must be the bottom to achieve the right to vote; let's see how he faces this census. He has 5500 energy to spend, train twice (thanks for the beginner area, that is awesome by the way), work twice, manage twice, rather 8 times at least
(lets ume he produces enough to eat, and to buy/produce a house), so has about 500q0 fights, instead of the 270 5q0=1350 q0.
That is a bit more than the 500q2 hit for the average human player, achievable without any energy drinks or RPGs consumed, this is around 2 golds daily. Of course, he gets some medals, but in the long run he can not develop as those who are not into politics. Also to produce 4.5g
(house) and at least 3.5g (food) a week you must invest around 60-100gold well before you may even think about politics. In your first
days. With not much experience. Sure.
The other thing is, the target damage is rising. New players may easily double their q0 hit in 10 days, thus the calculations above wont help them closer to the voting urn. Welcome to eRevollution, the virtual gerontocracy! Is this the way we want to go?
I propose the guy above with bare hands as the census, instead of the 1350 q0, 500 q0 hits must be enough, that is just a bit more than 10% instead of the 30%.
If we have to hit this 30% in the first 5 days, the rules are even funnier. The cenge itself is nice, but the 30% is to be reconsidered.
