Dear Admin this is open letter for your greatness ,
Firstly of all, i want to say thank u on this amazing game, it is really nice to feel that Admin-players touch and relationships but that is all a little bit unneccesarry if u do not change stuff which probably made game going wrong way, it is a simple u had god construction plan of game, but u made some mistakes in its origins. So you could not change that mistakes on other places with some improvements, you are obligated to change them in place where are they appear. Now main problems which made this game unfair are, regions problem, resources problem, country activities problems and battle system which is a good base from some new battle system which will give E.G. Chance to Nigeria to win against Brazil eventhough they have not dealt more damage .
I will write all what i want then i will put some pictures about R'n'R. Regions and resources are main point in this game so if you give advance to someone in beginning with disbalance you are making something what is called , FIRSTBORN CHILD SYNDROME, i am strongly convniced that this game is old enough to start some resource war game so some countries could not catch all resources that they need in INACTIVE COUNTRIES , new problem, WE NEED SOME AMOUNT OF PLAYERS FOR YOU TO ADD COUNTRY TO MAP BUT 30 COUNTRIES HAVE ALL TOGETHER 5 PLAYERS AND THEY EXIST HERE FOR WHY? COPIED MAP FROM SOMEWHERE? LETS MAKE THIS CLEAR, IN RESOURCE WAR INACTIVE COUNTRIES ARE LEFT WITHOUT RESOURCES , SO IF U NEED THEM FOR BORDERS OR SOMETHING LEAVE THEME HERE...BORDERS... new problem, add AIRSTRIKE, add some rules, not only helis needed to fight there. ... new problem BATTLE SYSTEM, from military aspects add some tactics, start from alliances, than continue with alliance vs alliance battles, add few rounds, better timing needed, not only last 10 minutes...
After countries inactive fixed, regions fixed, resources fixed ... It is very important to fix economy problem called black market lets made a simple comparison : Turkey (biggest lation) overproduce helis, Serbia now(semi-dead country) need helis to defend. Is it normal that Turks sell helis for gold to Serbs . NO? Simply limit the gold donations, then everybody will put helis on market, Turks post helis on Serbian market and give TAX to Serbia, or Serbs go to Turkey and buy helis there. Normal economy. Scammer is no good option to solve that problem .. Even worse , some countries have 10 players which overproduce everything , if they cant sell it on their country market, made them to pay tax somewhere. That will also change some things on global chat...
Now add two things, maybe i am crazy but Air Strike (attack countries with no border because we can now DOW someone with no border make that bug useful) + Sea strike > add sea borders and "sea regions" with resources called FISH, OIL, CLAY or what u want ... clearly not to make all of World sea for regions but just add some to make clear border and add sea attack (with new requierments different from airstrike eg (Change name nad picture of Tanks factory to SubMarine factory and need 10000 Submarine q5 to start sea strike. something same for Airstrike with helis...)) clearly damage of that weapon should not affect if it is air battle or sea battle, that you can leave the same, just add ROUNDS.
If you think that will change something in MDP - Invictus - Eclipse relationship i am opposite minded, why , strong countries will remain strong, but this will be more realistic , more tactic, more enjoyment in game and more action...They can only lost some tax (smaller countries, but also can make economy empire with good gold/cc ratio) , free resources (biggest countries) , more wars (AS..)

nece nista uraditi povodom ovog, ja sam vec pravio pre vise od pola godine artikl i pitao zasto je mapa kopirana iz druge igrice, i isto na koji nacin italija i Francuska, i recimo Sadi R, imaju vise teritorija od Russije, normalno bez odgovora.. jer odgovor je kopija mape..

the territory must be proportional to the number of players from each country.
Your ideas are good for keep old players in game. but the problem is: we have so few new players and usually they leave the game in first days.(because this game has very low graphic quality and ...)

Hmm. IF the admins are going to rebalance the regions, I don t think it should be done on a country by country basis, rather a complete overhaul.
If the admins were to fix one country (perhaps at a time), it would lead to the appearance of favoritism. If I were in their shoes, I would change all of the countries core regions to a hard limit of 5-7. 5 for the geographically small countries, and 7 for the geographically large countries. Now only would this eliminate frankly overpowered countries (looking at you USA) that can have rental agreements with a dozen different countries and still not affect their resource bonuses, something small countries CANNOT do, but also make it more difficult to get the 100% bonus.
However, my comment will be lost to the waysides of the internet, probably never to be seen by an admin... but it feels good to get the ideas out there.

@hugues, so you dont think russia has more regions than france in RL??? russia not just more regions, it has more republiks than France has regions, and each of those republiks have their own regions... based on RL russia could easily have 500 regions if you go by RL.
