The End of the NAP : Day 294 - Day 324
Citizens of the World, Citizens of Russia.
For several weeks we have tried to negotiate with Iran and Georgia to get, not all of our cores, but a non-negligible part that would allow us to survive as a nation. We then proposed an agreement to these both countries, which reflected our desire that none of our three countries feel aggrieved, and thus the desire to find the best deal possible so that Georgia and Iran have their bonuses.
Firstly, Georgia has not retreated an inch and immediately revealed his ambitions on our Capital, Far Eastern Russia, where stood a Limestone bonus, as well as Northern Russia, Wood bonus and the necessary areas to establish a trade route. However they agreed to exchange Far Eastern Russia for Volga Vyatka and we thought then that, with Iran not needing its possessions in Russia, we could also negotiate three other regions: Leningrad Oblast, Kaliningrad and Moscow & Central Russia.
Iran initially told us that the Iranian public opinion would be against leaving any region. Then they told us of a possible Granite rental agreement with Poland. Nonetheless, we understand Iranian ambitions and the possibility of having all bonuses. That being said, Georgia was finally with interesting bonus, 100% Food, Weap 100% 80% House, and would not let go of regions to perform the famous Iran-Little Poland road because such a thing would make it lose substantial bonus. It was then that Miltiados suspended negotiations.
After the transfer of power I have personally taken the choice to start the negotiations again and I have asked the Iranian CP to entrust us temporarily at least 2 of the 3 regions : Leningrad Oblast and Moscow & central Russia time that an agreement for a trade route with Granite was found. Without the consent of Georgia, Iran would have 90% bonus houses even if it did not occupy our cores, but I agreed to let them occupy Kaliningrad in the event of an unforeseen problem
The response was the same as before. Iranian public opinion will not let any region.On the other hand, the Georgian president launched a Declaration of War against Russia 9 days before the end of the NAP, thus breaking it. Despite the demands of the Georgian Foreign Minister, to tilt the vote to no, the law is still ped. I made the choice to ignore this incident after the apology of the Georgian MOFA and their urance not to attack us before the end of the NAP and the signing of an exchange agreement.However, this is not the case of the Russian people.
Today I am here to express his deepest desire: we are not content with a single core region, especially if Iran keeps our regions without needing them. We do not appreciate the lack of tact shown by the Georgian president by not complying with the clause #5 of the NAP. Finally, given the almost total occupation of Iran and Georgia on our territory, we have very little to lose. I am now addressing to the Alliance Vae Victis and those who run it. For the duration of the NAP, we have taken our distances from the world conflict in the hope of having less hostile relations. We tried to negotiate with two of your members, from friend to friend and not from enemy to enemy. We see the results today.
I have a question for you : What is the point of being affiliated with you? We’ve seen that the only thing you can offer us is a region to hire employees and sign MPP, something that you book for your enemies after defeating them. You see, I am a practical man, and simply by looking at the map I don’t see any interest in not allying with your enemies.
We will see each other on the battlefield.

Pendant plusieurs semaines nous avons tenté de négocier avec l’Iran et la Géorgie pour obtenir, non pas la totalité de nos cores, mais une partie non-négligeable qui nous permettrait de subsister en tant que nation. Nous avons alors proposé un accord à ces deux pays, qui traduisait notre volonté qu’aucun de nos 3 pays se sentent lésés, et donc le souci de trouver le meilleur accord possible afin que la Georgie et l’Iran aient leurs bonus.
Tout d’abord, la Géorgie n’a pas reculé d’un pouce et a d’emblée révélé ses ambitions sur notre Capitale, Far Eastern Russia, où se situait un bonus Limestone, ainsi que sur Northern Russia, bonus Wood, et les régions nécessaires pour établir une route commerciale. Cependant ils consentaient à échanger Far Eastern Russia pour Volga Vyatka et nous pensions alors que, avec l’Iran qui n’aurait plus besoin de ses cores Russes, nous pourrions aussi négocier trois autres régions : Leningrad Oblast, Kaliningrad et Moscow & Central Russia.
L’Iran nous a d’abord dit que l’opinion publique Iranienne serait contre laisser la moindre région. Puis, ils nous ont parlé d’un possible traité de rente de Granite avec la Pologne. Soit, nous comprenons les ambitions Iraniennes et la possibilité d’avoir tous les bonus. Cela dit, la Géorgie, ayant enfin des bonus intéressants, 100% Food, 100% Weap, 80% House, ne lâcherait pas de régions pour effectuer cette fameuse route Iran-Little Poland car une telle chose lui ferait perdre des bonus conséquents. Ce fut alors que Miltiados a suspendu les négociations.
Après la pation de pouvoirs j’ai personnellement pris le choix de reprendre les négociations et j’ai demandé au CP Iranien de nous confier temporairement au moins 2 des 3 régions : Leningrad Oblast et Moscow & Central Russia le temps qu’un accord pour une route commerciale avec le Granite était trouvée. Sans le consentement de la Géorgie, l’Iran aurait eu 90% de bonus houses même s’il n’occupait pas nos cores, mais j’ai consenti à leur laisser occuper Kaliningrad au cas où un imprévu se perait. La réponse a été la même qu’auparavant : l’opinion publique Iranienne ne veut pas lâcher la moindre région.
D’un autre côté, le président Géorgien a lancé une Déclaration de Guerre contre la Russie 9 jours avant la fin du NAP, le brisant par la même occasion. Malgré les demandes du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères Géorgien, pour faire basculer le vote vers le non, la loi est quand même pée. J’ai fait le choix de laisser per cet incident après les excuses du MoFa Géorgien et de leur urance de ne pas nous attaquer avant la fin du NAP et la signature d’un accord d’échange. Ceci dit, ce n’est pas le cas du peuple Russe.
Aujourd’hui, je suis là pour exprimer sa volonté la plus profonde : nous ne nous contenterons pas d’une seule région core, surtout si l’Iran garde nos régions sans en avoir besoin.Nous n’apprécions pas le manque de tact dont a fait preuve le président Géorgien en ne respectant pas la clause N°5 du NAP.
Enfin, au vu de l’occupation quasi-totale de l’Iran et de la Géorgie sur notre territoire, nous n’avons que très peu à perdre. Je m’adresse maintenant à l’Alliance Vae Victis et à ceux qui la dirigent. Pendant la durée du NAP, nous nous sommes mis en retrait du conflit mondial dans l’espoir de pouvoir avoir des relations moins hostiles. Nous avons tenté de négocier avec deux de vos membres, d’ami à ami et non d’ennemi à ennemi. Nous en voyons aujourd’hui le résultat.
Je vous pose donc cette question : Quel est l’intérêt d’être affiliés avec vous ? Nous avons vu que la seule chose que vous pouvez nous offrir, c’est une région pour embaucher des salariés et signer des MPP, chose que vous réservez à vos ennemis après les avoir vaincus.Vous savez, je suis quelqu’un de pragmatique, et simplement en regardant la carte je ne vois pas d’intérêt à ne pas m’allier à vos ennemis.
Nous nous reverrons sur le champ de bataille.
