Few short words: our current CP is doing a fine job :) His proposed program is just fine. Should he be reelected, that would be well deserved. :)
Still, I think we can and should make some room for others who wish to get political medals.
Japan has suffered a lot at the hands of "irreplaceable" leaders before... NO ONE should be irreplaceable any more! :)
My ideas, should Japan citizens elect me for next turn:
1. Let our present CP go on with the program he started, he is doing a fine job :) All of his ideas would be respected and he can implement them :)
2. We should make a list of all the citizens who wish to get political (Congress and CP) medals, and create an order by which they can get them, taking how long they are in Japan into consideration. Everyone who wish so and is here for a long time can be a congressman or CP of Japan :)
3. The power would be in the hands of those who prove that they are capable of making Japan prosper, not solely in the hands of current CP of any given time :) On the matters that concern all of us Japan should be united and everyone should have a say :)
Hope you like these ideas, and if not - never mind :) Have fun in the game, and make Japan strong!

CP is a very hard job, 5gold and a medal cannot compensate for that.
I have been CP for 1 month, account goes from 600 gold to 0.46 gold, over 1bil damage done by just 4000 STR, many nights didnt sleep, rush to open RWs, hits in last minutes, regions goes from 28 to 0 then 5 now, write articles and war-updates, planning war-tactics, holding monetary market, negotiations, AND so on so on....
I am appreciated that you are interested in politics, if more people join the HQ, it must be much better than my 1-man government now.
I fully respect what you are doing, its a great job, I hope you will stay on the job for as long as you have strength and will to do so
