El C. Percy Drake, encargado del Poder Ejecutivo de la Nación, con esta fecha se ha servido de dirigirme el siguiente decreto:
PERCY DRAKE, encargado del Poder Ejecutivo de las Regiones Unidas Mexicanas de eRevollution, a sus jugadores hago saber:
Que en uso de la facultad que he tenido a bien conferirme y el aval de los congresistas y integrantes del grupo de whatsapp, he tenido a bien expedir la siguiente:
EL 9 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2016
Disposiciones Preliminares
Artículo 1.- El objeto de esta carta magna es salvaguardar los intereses de los mexicanos y mantener el orden entre los integrantes, así como establecer los procedimientos y limitantes de los diferentes poderes que conforman al gobierno de eRevollution México.
Artículo 2.- Las disposiciones de este Código regirán a toda las personas que se encuentre en la nación de eRevollution México, así como todos aquellos actos o hechos que afecten al territorio, salvo cuando éstas prevean la aplicación de un derecho de una alianza si es que perteneciera a alguna.
Artículo 3.- Este código obligan y surten efectos al momento de su publicación en el Periódico de Pauakume.
Artículo 4.- Esta ley no dará efecto retroactivo en perjuicio de persona alguna.
Artículo 5.- Los actos ejecutados contra alguna de las disposiciones de este Código serán nulos, excepto aquellos que el código ordene lo contrario.
Artículo 6.- Este Código solo podrá ser derogado o abrogado por el 66% del congreso vigente.
De los puestos de elección lar
TITULO PRIMERO
De los Presidentes de Partido.
Artículo 7.- Cada partido político en México es libre de elegir a quien lo represente.
Artículo 8.- En caso de presunto de TakeOver el presidente anterior o tercero interesado deberá dar aviso a los demás partidos políticos, y estos deberán organizarse para su auxilio.
Artículo 9.- La disposición anterior no aplica para el auxilio de algún troll mexicano.
Artículo 10.- El Presidente del Partido será el encargado de recaudar la donación de los congresistas, o en su defecto, llevar el control de los congresistas que hubieren cumplido con esta obligación.
Artículo 11.- Dar aviso de la lista de ciudadanos que van a contender al congreso, señalando quienes son extranjeros y sus promotores.
De los Congresistas.
Artículo 12.- Puede ser congresista:
I.- Cualquier ciudadano mexicano, reconocido como mexicano en la vida real.
II.- Cualquier extranjero, promovido por dos o más personas del grupo de whatsapp.
Artículo 13.- No mandar leyes sin previa consulta y aprobación en el grupo del whatsapp, o con la consulta y aprobación de por lo menos el 55% de los congresistas electos. Esto para no malgastar las leyes.
Artículo 14.- Las obligaciones de los congresistas son:
I.- Donar el 50% de lo obtenido por su medalla de congresista por lo menos al Presidente de Partido o al encargado de Economía activo y enviar Captura de Pantalla de la donación.Revisar el documento con los debates que se encuentren activos y participar en ellos.
II.- Revisar el documento con las votaciones que se encuentren activas y votarlas.
III.- Poner a debate cualquier ley que se pretenda lanzar.
IV.- Votar dentro del juego en favor de las leyes que se aprobaran en los documentos y formularios.
V.- Votar dentro del juego en contra de cualquier ley no aprobada o debatida previamente.
VI.- No renunciar al cargo de congresista; de hacerlo perderá su derecho por las siguientes tres elecciones a postularse.
VII.- Dar aviso y justificación en caso de renunciar a su puesto de congresista; no será justificación válida el cambio de ciudadanía
Artículo 15.- Derechos de los congresistas:
I.- Proponer cualquier cambio a los impuestos del país.
II.- Abrogar o derogar este Código.
III.- La reelección cuantas veces vea convenientes.
IV.- Pedir el otorgamiento de ciudadanías a algún extranjero.
V.- Abrir o cerrar debates que sean iniciativa suya.
VI.- Abrir o cerrar votaciones que sean iniciativa suya.
Artículo 16.- Se excluyen de la obligación del artículo 14, fracción I a los congresistas:
I.- Que tengan una deuda que cubrir con el gobierno de eRevollution México.
II. Que necesiten el oro para subir sus centros de entrenamiento.
III. Ciudadanos con un nivel menor a 25.
Artículo 17.- El congreso tiene derecho de voz y voto en las decisiones que afecten a la nación tanto interna como externamente.
De los Presidentes del País
I.- Sea ciudadano de eRevollution México por un tiempo ininterrumpido de tres meses;
II.- Demostrar luchando pegando por los intereses del país y siguiendo las órdenes de batalla y;
III.- Tener el apoyo del 80% de los miembros del whatsapp.
Los pretendientes a la presidencia del país deberán facilitar un numero para integrarlos al whatsapp, y estos serán integrados únicamente durante el tiempo de su gestión.
Casos excepcionales habrá que no tengan whatsapp, los miembros de este grupo decidirán cómo proceder en estos casos.
Artículo 19.- El Presidente de eRevollution México es el encargado de representarnos ante otras naciones directamente, o por medio del gabinete presidencial.
Artículo 20.- Obligaciones del presidente:
I.- Mantenerse activo en el grupo de whatsapp por lo menos una vez al día.
II.- Avisar en caso de ausencia, pero mantenerse al pendiente del whatsapp para cualquier aclaración.
III.- Consultar con el congreso cualquier decisión en materia de relaciones exteriores.
IV.- Consultar con el congreso cualquier renta del territorio nacional.
V.- Respetar las decisiones tomadas en los documentos de votación.
Artículo 21.- Derechos del presidente:
I.- Proponer entradas o salidas de alianzas.
II.- Proponer rentas de regiones a un tercero.
III.- Dar ciudadanías que vea convenientes.
IV.- Proponer ante el congreso cualquier medida que vea conveniente.
V.- Elegir a los miembros de su gabinete.
VI.- Proponer ante la alianza a sus candidatos para el Cuartel General
Artículo 22.- En caso de que el presidente que se ausente por más de dos días sin previo aviso, se mandará impeach automáticamente; para estos casos se tendrá una persona designada para el cargo que se renovará el día 3 de cada mes, designada por los miembros del grupo de whatsapp.
Artículo 23.- El presidente se hace responsable de las acciones realizadas por los miembros de su gabinete.
Ciudadanos y órganos del gobierno
TITULO CUARTO
De los ciudadanos
I.- Recibir préstamos del gobierno para la mejora de sus empresas.
II.- Recibir préstamos del gobierno para la mejora de sus centros de entrenamiento.
III.- Unirse al grupo de whatsapp.
IV.- Ser elegidos como Presidente de Partido.
V.- Unirse o crear una unidad militar.
VI.- Unirse o crear un partido político.
VII.- Ser elegidos como congresistas.
VIII.- Ser elegidos como presidentes del país, bajo las condiciones establecidas en este código.
Artículo 25.- Obligaciones de los ciudadanos:
I.- Pagar los préstamos recibidos lo más pronto posible.
II.- Apoyar en las acciones tomadas para evitar el TakeOver de algún Partido Político.
De la coordinación militar
Artículo 27.- Se le dará prioridad a las batallas:
I.- Para defender o liberar las regiones originarias de México;
II.- Para defender las regiones originarias de países aliados en batallas directas;
III.- Para defender las colonias de México;
IV.- Para defender las colonias de México en batallas directas;
V.- Para liberar regiones originarias de países aliados;
De la economía del país
Artículo 29.- El dinero de las arcas se usará únicamente para los préstamos a los ciudadanos mexicanos, bajo los requisitos y modalidades establecidas y aprobadas por el grupo de whatsapp.
Artículo 30.- El encargado de la economía del país podrá disponer del dinero, siempre y cuando sea para el aumento de este.
Artículo 31.- Se deberá llevar un control de los movimientos que realice el encargado de la Economía, así como de los préstamos que se realicen y sus respectivos pagos.
De las decisiones del país
I.- Miembros del grupo de whatsapp.
II.- Presidente y gabinete.
III.- Congresistas electos en eRevollution México.
Artículo 33.- Las decisiones serán aprobadas por el 50% + 1 de los que ejerzan su derecho al voto, salvo que sean decisiones que afecten a las relaciones exteriores de este, en cuyo caso la cantidad aprobatoria será del 66% de los que ejerzan su voto.
Artículo 34.- Los debates se dividirán en ordinarios, extraordinarios y urgentes, y su duración será de:
I.- 24 horas para los ordinarios;
II.- 48 horas para los extraordinarios y;
III.- 12 horas para los urgentes.
Y se llevarán a cabo en documentos de google docs, los cuales deberán pedir acceso al documento de debates dando un correo electrónico.
Artículo 35.- La votación para todos los casos contará con un plazo de 18 horas, contadas a partir de que se inicie la votación; en caso de respuesta de enemigo natural será de 12 horas.
Y se llevarán a cabo en formularios de google docs, los cuales deberán pedir acceso al documento de votaciones dando un correo electrónico.
Artículo 36.- Los debates extraordinarios son:
I.- Entrada o salida de alguna alianza;
II.- Derogación o abrogación total o parcial del Código;
III.- Adición de algún artículo al Código;
IV.- Renta de alguna región de eRevollution México.
V.- Renta de alguna región de otro país.
Artículo 37.- Los debates urgentes son:
I.- Contestación a contra oferta para la renta de alguna región.
Artículo 38.- Los debates ordinarios son:
I.- Todos aquellos que no son extraordinarios o urgentes.
Artículo 39.- En caso de haber un empate en la votación, el presidente del país elegirá a su juicio la que considere oportuna y benéfica para el país.
Artículo 40.- En los casos de renta de regiones, si la cantidad no alcanza el porcentaje establecido, se tomará la cantidad con más votos, en caso de haber un empate entre dos o más cantidades, se designará la cantidad que de la media de la cantidad más alta y la más baja votadas.
Artículo 41.- En caso de que México sea amenazado por una Ley de Enemigo Natural extranjero, se lanzará una ley preventiva de Enemigo Natural contra ese país si se tiene frontera, y se votará internamente con los tiempos establecidos en esta ley antes de votarla dentro del juego.

FIRST TITLE
Of the Presidents of the Party.
Article 8.- In the case of a presumptive TakeOver, the previous president or any citizen must give notice to the other political parties, and these must be organized for their istance.

Article 24.- Rights of citizens:

Article 26.- The only military unit that is considered as part of the nation's patrimony will be the "Armada de México"; This will be our representative as a Mexican military force. No one may claim it as a private military unit and the commander must protect it against any attack.

- To defend or liberate the original regions of Mexico;
To defend the original regions of allied countries in direct battles;
To defend the colonies of Mexico;

Article 28.- The president will appoint the person in charge of Economy, which forms part of his presidential cabinet.
