The correct information and the opportunity to consult more sources is what develops the critical thinking of the citizens and allows correct choices for our future.
I noticed that at least two active citizens don't have their own newspaper.
So I decided to instituting a budget of 10 gold to help 5 citizens without newspaper to create their own free newspaper.

i will take also other 10 gold for this project.
This 40 gold are the budget this month for the Ministre of Education/Information.
