Terms of the agreement include:
1. The agreement takes effect until Day 514 from the date of signing, but can be revised after the next election CP.
2. The amount of rent is 120 gold.
3. The funds shall be paid each month, 10th day.
4. If in these regions open revolt, it should be lost.
5. In case of breach of contract the injured party, after clarification of the circumstances, has the right to declare war on the other side.
6. If Ukraine take a region by RW, we pay the costs for Bulgaria to regain it.
7. Bulgaria must help in defence other territories of Ukraine.

Умови цієї угоди наступні:
1. Угода діє до 514 дня з дати підписання, однак може бути переглянута після чергових виборів CP.
2. Вартість оренди складає 120 золота.
3. Сума повинна бути сплачена 10 числа кожного місяця.
4. Якщо у одному з цих регіонів буде підняте повстання, воно повинно бути програне.
5. У випадку порушення угоди, після з'ясування обставин, постраждала сторона може оголосити війну іншій.
6. Якщо один з вищезгаданих регіонів буде звільнено через повстання, кошти на атаку на нього сплачує українська сторона.
7. Болгарія повинна допомогти у захисті інших українських територій.
