[MoFA] Rental Agreement between Brazil and Uruguay

Caros cidadãos brasileiros, o Brasil vem anunciar que negociou um acordo com o Uruguai para o aluguel das regiões Center of Uruguay e Costa Uruguaya, que nos garantem 100% de bônus em comida. O acordo é semelhante ao que já houve há um tempo atrás, com poucas alterações e por isto se resolveu de maneira tranquila. Seguem os termos do acordo:

1. O Brasil irá alugar as regiões Center of Uruguay e Costa Uruguaya do Uruguai.

2. O preço do acordo será de 50 golds por mês pelas duas regiões.

3. Este acordo é válido por 3 meses, com a possibilidade de negociações mensais sobre a continuidade do contrato.

4. Cada país poderá abrir somente uma RW por semana para que os jogadores ganhem TP (no máximo 2 RWs por semana, 1 por país). Se um dos países quiser abrir mais de 1 RW por semana, deverá acordar com o outro país antes.

5. Se o Uruguai ganhar uma RW, a região deverá ser retornada ao país dentro de 25 horas.

6. Também fica acordado um pacto de não-agressão entre ambos os lados com exceção do combinado nas cláusulas anteriores.

Dear citizens, Brazil is here to announce an agreement with Uruguay to rent the regions Center of Uruguay and Costa Uruguaya, which guarantee us 100% food bonuses. The agreement is similar to the other we had in the past, with a few changes and that's why it was handled easily. Here are the terms of the agreement:

1. Brasil will rent the regions of Center of Uruguay and Costa Uruguaya from Uruguay.

2. The price of the Rental is 50 golds per month for both regions.

3. This agreement is valid for 3 months, with the possibility of monthly negotiations about the continuity of the contract.

4. Each country may open only one RW per week so the players can get TP (max 2 RWs per week, 1 per country). If any country wants to open more than 1 RW per week, it should be agreed with the other one before.

5. If Uruguay win one RW, the region must be returned to Brazil within 25 hours.

6. It is also agreed here a non-aggression pact by both countries, excluding the combined of the previous clauses of this agreement.
