Per rafforzare la nostra stabilità militare da giorni ho contatti con il governo della Nuova Zelanda allo scopo di sbarcare con le nostre truppe ed occupare un porto in modo pacifico (come nelle altre colonie). Purtroppo le comunicazioni sono lente ed arrivano in ritardo, a volte mai.
To strenghten our miliary stability for days I had contanct with the governament of New Zaeland in order to disembark with our troops and occupy a port in a paceful way (as in the other colonies). Unfortunately the comunications are slow and arrive late, sometimes never.
La scorsa notte ci è giunto un telegramma che ci pava informazioni sul territorio. Questa notte proveremo lo sbarco in Otago.
This night we received a telegram that ped information about the territory. Tonight we will try the disembark to Otago.
