Dear Japan friends,
today I will be stepping down as your emperor. I wish to thank you so very much for all the confidence you had in me over the last 5 mandates. We went through some tough times together, and Japan raised again. For many months now we had peace and stability, and we managed to agree and have peace within Japan and with our neighbors. Japan made many friends, and even more importantly we made no enemies in all this time. During 5 mandates I had we were never wiped and never even seriously attacked by anyone. Our hospital in Kinki was not even once in danger :) What we lacked in firepower, we made up in our honor and our loyalty towards friends. That is the Japanese way, and I am very proud of our achievements :)
Today new era began in Japan, we accepted over 30 new friends in Japan. This is a new era for Japan, we now have a chance to make Japan a great force in Erev. We made a choice to play this game, to change our ways again, have fun, see what will happen. The old politics, the politics that I was leading together with Prle, Tanoyukasan, Akita, Ceda, Jellal, Hailipi, Stoperka and all other friends of mine will now go to history, to give way for something new. Will it be better or worse than before? We shall see, important thing is to have fun and play the game. Hopefully it all will be a great new adventure, that will bring many new fun moments :) If anything goes wrong – well, we will rebuild again, we are experts in that already :), and I have no doubt that we will raise in no time from any possible disaster as we have done before.
Some of the things we agreed upon as fail safe mechanisms for Japan will remain between Prle and me, to be announced only if events demand us to, and I will not reveal them to anyone until the time comes. This part of the arrangement is between the two of us, and we will answer about it to our old Japanese friends with our honor, and to noone else.
The new deal that we propose to our new Japan friends is the following:
1. I will step down as emperor of Japan as of today, and propose Qurcika as the new emperor.
2. New Japanese government will be: Qurcika, Emperor, and Jellal, Prime Minister. Rest of the government positions will be filled by the agreement between the two of them, with Qurcika having the last say.
3. I will have no active role in government, the only role I wish to keep is to be president of the party I am leading all this years. If new members wish to remain in our party, I will agree to propose for CP only the candidates Qurcika asks me to. Prle will continue to lead his MU, and also wishes no active role in new Japan Government for himself.
4. All old Japanese will be loyal followers of the new politics that the new Government proposes. We are hoping that it will bring great things to Japan. If asked, we will be happy to give advice :) Our foreign friends please be aware that our old friendships remain our own, and new Government will probably create new friendships and Alliances as they see fit.
Once again, I thank you deeply my friends for all we achieved, and lets have some fun in the coming days!

@XVIII Sztyepan, at the first place, this is a game. Second, Japan is an international country and sadly we don t have a RL Japanese. In such situation refusing applications for citizenship is not an option. If you really like Japan, and feel worried for the future of eJapan, please join Japan with your friends and make a balance in this country. Our primary goal is to be country with many players. It is much better than be a country with a few player.
1. All of Japan gold is absolutely safe, and can and will be used only for the good of Japan. We are open minded people, we are not idiots.
2. Two outcomes are possible: If people come to Japan to play this game and have fun, all of Japan will benefit greatly. If they come just for the gold, they will be sorely disappointed, and will probably leave soon. It will take Prle and me few hours/days to reinstall all Japan functions to the way they are now as soon as they are gone.
In any case, the future of Japan is secure
