1. Japan will rent Gangwon-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, Jeollabuk-do and Chungcheongbuk-do for a monthly fee of 140 gold.
2. Japan will return all other regions to South Korea.
3. South Korea will not DoW Japan and vice versa.
4. South Korea will not fight in Japan s RWs and vice versa.
5. The duration of this deal is two months (Day 805), with the possibility of an automatic renewal if both aforementioned parties agree.
