NAP BETWEEN 18+/19+ and AVENGERS STAYS VALID
As you know Bulgaria which is member of dual alliance 18+/19+ attacked Georgia and broke NAP which was signed by two alliances, to avoid escalation of conflict and repeating war between "Avengers" and "18+/19+" we arranged meeting, where both sides discussed and decided to stay out of this conflict.
So basically we agreed on simple terms:
1.NAP between Avengers and 18+/19+ is still valid and have to be obeyed, until it's duration.
2.Conflict between Bulgaria and Georgia will not be supported by their alliances.
3.Both Avengers and 18+/19+ will not put this battles on Alliance Prio.
In order to make this decision Official as statement, HQ members of both alliances will sign it as approval.

OMG, this is war game, and this is clearly braking of NAP, i just want to know, which side is afraid more 
Georgia rented Papua, but romans attacking Papua, how is this aligned with this peace between Avangers and 18+?
18+19+ has every right to break that treaty; NAP is already null and void because of vis maior caused by Admin reshuffling region resources.
I see a third party tried to break this nap
