Hello everyone,
I am not much of a writer and in this game I am many times 2 click, however I decided to spend 2 gold for a paper just for the fun of it.
As I already said, I rarely bother with missions since I don't spend much time in game. This time though, was one of those times when I decided to complete as much of them as I can.
All was well until I got to purple missions, one of them being "You already have equipment equipped. Show us how to upgrade it to better level and upgrade 3 parts of equipment." And this is when fun begun. I checked on equipment set and nothing, I checked on trade broker, again nothing. I made screenshots and write a polite ticket asking admins to solve the bug since all my armour was gone, together with what reserves I had. I finally get a reply with a link that I should check directly on equipment and ticket gets closed.
Noob me I say and go to equipment link but surprise....again empty.
So I decide to write a second ticket, making screenshot and asking admins to fix the bug. Of course that didn't happened, my ticket was closed without any explanation.
That is why, I have few puzzles I would like to solve.
First, if this happened to anybody before, all equipment to just vanish.
Second, where else I should look for that equipment, I am out of ideas.

And third, is there a magic recipe to actually have issues solved in this game? Because writing polite tickets in english it obviously doesn't work. I don't know know why, maybe writing is an art for admins, maybe english is not their best friend or maybe without yelling things can't happen.
