France creates Musketeers !
A new alliance with the following motto: All for one, one for all !
Countries wishing to join this alliance are cordially invited to make themselves known by sending a private message to the current leader of the alliance. However, there will be no more than 6 invited countries, as France is already in. In order to respect the number of MPP possible and promote defenses / attacks using the mechanics of the game.
The alliance focuses on the following :
- The defense of the regions of origin of each country that makes up the alliance, except in the case of an agreement with another country.
- A common strategy of conquest to allow each country of the alliance to have at least 60% in Food bonus.
- The defense of the general interests of the small as well as the big countries of the alliance. (Rescue rare bonuses, rescue a large annexed region, attack a region for a missing bonus, strategic attack to block or defend a country, ...)
- Obtaining the 100% bonus in the category where the country already has 80% minimum on its cores.
These elements may change over time and in operation. But it is important to understand that this alliance will not be a simple grouping of countries fighting against the same countries. This is about solidarity, fraternity and fre. It is about mutual aid, unity and respect.
If an alliance country is attacked, the other 6 must attack back ! If one alliance country attacks, the other 6 must attack too ! (The request to attack must of course have been validated by the members of the alliance before)
The 7 countries of the alliance must all have common MPPs.
If the alliance is made up of fewer members, the final MPP (s) should be discussed together so as not to interfere with the belligerent wishes of the alliance members.
An alliance discord is created on which each country can indicate its priority for the day. The leader of the alliance (not necessarily the in-game one) will be responsible for setting the alliance's priority among the countries' priorities or choosing a completely different one if the interests of the alliance so require. In the event of an important battle for the alliance, the in-game leader may be asked to add the priority of the in-game alliance.
As the first leader of this alliance, I (Carapicho) will send a private message to each country president to introduce them to the project and ask for their interest in it. And I would do it again after the december election.
