On this picture, I select tank q5 but after the select, I didn’t see How much quality this tank .

i like some of ur point but dont like point 1 and 2
point 1 , big country can always build more q5 hospital , but for small country , like italy(mine) , it is really hard to build one at the moment , have hospitales limited is too expensive for us
point 2 : atm is hard for multi
i like point 6 but with this new resources like uranium , country with that resources are stronger than another country , so maybe u can use this resource only against a ds : example , i have uranium , my enemies have q5 ds ( 25 from 11/6) with 1 region ds il going to be 22 , with 2 regions 20 so u have 5 PER CENT less from maxed ds , but if the region have no ds , the damage dont change so u can hit harderbig country but not the small countrys
