Hello eRev, I had this idea for some time now and I think it would benefit all the players. I will keep it short and get to the point:

Youtube has this option to notify subscribers when you are uploading something to your channel. If you select it, all of your subs get a notification that you added a video. If you dont choose that option, your subs dont get a notification. I think we need this in eRev. 

I am an active journalist, I write about a lot of things. But sometimes I write articles for very specific things, and it doesnt interest all my subs. Moreover, if you keep writing articles and it doesnt interest them, people unsubscribe because they dont want notifications from the things that dont interest them. If this is implemented, when I want to write an unimportant article, I can choose not to disturb my beloved subscribers. When there is something important that all my subs need to see, I can choose to notify them. Here is an example I created via inspect element, it could be placed right under the Category section:

Yukarıda attığım öneri Youtubedaki bildirim sistemine benzer bir sistem. Youtubeda kanalınıza birşey yüklediğiniz zaman, takipçilerinize bildirim gönderme seçeneğiniz var. Bunu seçerseniz takipçilerinize özel bir bildirim gidiyor, tıpkı eRevdeki gibi. 

Ancak bazen sadece belirli kitlelere özel, ve belirli konular hakkında yazılar yazıyoruz. Makaleyi yazınca tüm takipçilere bildirim gidiyor, ve insanlar kendilerini ilgilendirmeyen bu tür makalelerden arka arkaya gördüler mi takipten çıkıyorlar. Bu yüzden makale yazarken alttaki seçeneklere takipçileri bilgilendirme seçeneği eklensin diyorum. Böylece tüm takipçi listemizi ilgilendiren önemli bir makale yazacak olursak bildirim göndeririz, küçük önemsiz makaleler için de tüm takipçileri rahatsız etmemiş oluruz. Yukarıda örnek bir r attım.

EDIT: The notifications can be customized if possible. It would be more complex to script than Notify/Dont Notify, but specific notifications for a country, MU or party would be even better. Thanks Sultan!
