In order to help citizens to get cheaper CC for training and paying work, I decided to start financial reform in our country.

First, exchange rate is going to be 1 gold for 200 USD, and opposite 0.005 gold for 1 USD.

Second, CP will not be in charge for maintaining exchange rate on the Monetary market anymore. This will be the duty of Governor. Country's coins will be transferred to the CP's account, by the law of donation. After that, CP will donate this money to Governor and he will start selling USD for country on MM. When Governor sells all of this amount, he will donate gold to the Treasure. After that, I will start law about printing money and we will get again the same sum of CC. Circle will be closed with new donation law of cc, etc

Finally, I decided to switch positions in Government, Islandwoodsie will be Governor and Fallen Angel will be Minister of Defense. This change is planned to be temporary and I did it just because I want to make this change going easier as it is possible, what ofc does not mean that I have any doubt in Angel's abilities.
