Hey there, miss me?
The most toxic player in eRevollution, Demiurge-desu!
Drug dealers shouldn't make deliveries while taking their sweet, lil daughters to preschool. Period. It's just disconcerting on so many levels. I know that it's not that uncommon occurrence in bigger countries, but in third tier European country (Serbia) and in a town with around 100k people - kinda sticks out like a sore thumb, a bag full of them. Or..maybe I'm not as open-minded as I like to believe.
I know that the guy has a family, but the scene from this morning kinda squashed my taboo: dealers being some mythical bad guys, doing shady business all day long..in dark corners of my and every other city. I know, I know, dealers are, before all, human beings with a life..but I don't like my prejudice dispelled. So, instead of my fictional ideal, now I'm left with a mild sense of disgust (even with the active high mode): that image of the cutest blond dolly, all happy and looking forward to playing with her fiends, and the dad handing me the package in my front yard. There was also a comment, how daddy can now buy her Munchmallows (dunno if these cookies are widely known) with white chocolate, which she likes very much.
My disgust is hypocritical, no doubt. I mean, it is convenient to get your stuff delivered while still being in pajamas and without having to go out..one can also point out that is not really socially-commendable to do such transactions at 7 am. What I'm trying to say is - I'm not really in a position to give moral lectures, I guess. But still! Its wrong! My high is ruined by a vivid foresight of a unknown little angel's gray future. Long story short, I'm high and had an urge to share this experience.
Chaos reigns..
Yesterday (I think) there were comments from a couple of Fyromanz - that sharing and emphasizing my experiences with drugs are only meant for portraying me as a *cool guy* and a *braggart*. Well, it's true..in part at least. I mean, sharing any experience always has a purpose of shaping one's image. But my motives are not confined within that shallow perspective. The purpose of my *coming out* comments is twofold:
- For an addict (who has his condition under control up to a point) its recommended to openly share his condition. Basically, it's therapeutic..that's one of the main things my therapist recommended. Not in a way that you see in Hollywood movies (AA meetings and that crap), but with RL friends, on social media etc. The way I'm doing it may seem braggartish and forced, but that's just because of my personality.
- The second motive is to encourage others to write similar articles and/or partake in similar discussions. It doesn't matter what the topic is. I would like to get more insight about people behind the avatars. My *former m8*, Shiro (dunno what nick he's using atm) had the right idea some time ago: publishing RL pictures of people from different countries. It doesn't have to be anything, ground-breaking or OTT interesting. The newspaper module is such a sad sight and I'm sure that changing that could turnover the course of this game.
Anyway..the weather. Basically, it's cold as f-ck! Even with a thick jacket my ⚽️sack shrunk at least one size (the pajamas bottom half didn't help the situation, sloth I am). I've read that in some Nordic countries people used to drink reindeer blood straight from the neck of, soon-to-be-dead, animal to keep warm. Apparently, there is no better boost for the cold. I must settle for the next best thing, a crushed opiate pill.
I'd like to read a story or two from your insignificant, little lives..just as I hope some may enjoy mine. Be sure to wear warm clothes, with a couple of layers.
