1) France and Switzerland will be entering a renting agreement
2) Switzerland will give France control over the region of Tyrol (rubber bonus)
3) The takeover will be done through the ongoing Training War. France will pay the cost of the attack.
4) In exchange for the region, Switzerland will receive 50G (20G for the war declaration, 30g for the rent of the region)
5) This exchange will last from the 11/01 to the 11/02, and is renewable
