After recent discussions between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Scandinavian Empire the following rental agreement was agreed.
1. Denmark to release the region of Northern Ireland by way of RW
2. Ireland will DoW UK and take the region of Northern Ireland
3. A rent for this region is agreed of the sum of Zero Gold
4. This agreement will be renewed monthly if agreed by both parties, if not agreed Denmark will regain Northern Ireland
