People are doing W.T.F. each day. Shouts are filled to the brim, with people trying to scam or accuse eachother for wrongdoings. Articles are either looking like someone was throwing დიჩოა on the screen or are keeping a clic system - “blame admins for people cheating”...
...so, let’s make something different.
How about this: let’s use players ingame stats to… play a bit wacky football (or soccer if you’re from USA).
With the prospects hotter than singles in your area. With players getting a glimpses of fame while becoming Ballotelllis and Ronalldos of this eWorlld. And - if players get creative enough - maybe even with the whole corruption and selling matches stuff if people REALLY would be interested in recreating their local football situations here. :P
...okay, how that would work?
Pretty simple. One interested player = one player in the project. Stats from eRev, after applying conversion, would be later divided into 4 stats (“Attack”, “Defence”, “Speed”, “Stamina”) as you would players themselves would want. A Fragile speedster? Possible. A slow but -to-get-tired player? Check. Someone focused more on inflicting pain on others rather than goals? I think we may also have that covered up, but beware of the red cards. ;)
Matches? Well, matches would be live-streamed of course, with earlier announcements and maybe later some retransmissions.
And rewards? That would be probably up to players. If there would be sponsors who would go with some nice stuff, there would be rewards. Simple, but effective. :D
But to project to safely start… we need players to take roles as Players and Managers. Yup, players can be both, if interested.
Players do the bulk work, kicking the inflatable sphere on the rectangular field.
Managers (or Coaches, you may call them differently) will have a bit bigger task - cause they will have to make and maintain their teams (for simplicity: each team has 5 players as a minimum, 8 players as maximum). But in exchange, these teams may have their own colors, shirts, even logo, which would be shown on during the play. :)
For now, the rules to join the eFootballution are simple - just write a PM to me explaining, if you want to be a player, a coach or maybe both. I will then provide which information will be needed to share to fully add you into the project.
To be able to show, how the matches would work, we need at start at least two complete teams (so at least 10 players). So without any further ado… Let’s get this party started. :)
