蘭芳，是18世紀亞洲第一個共和國家，是海外華人成立的公司，進而轉變為國家。我期許，能透過商業行為，幫助國家以及更多的國民成長。

Introduction :
LanFang Republic, is the first early modern republics founded in Asia in the 18th Century. It was established by a Chinese company, and eventually turned into a nation. I wish, though trading and business, we can help the country and the citizens for a better development and future.


運作理念：
新玩家不知道該怎麼賺錢，導致資金閒置，或是慘賠的情況。
或是老玩家在為了目標存錢，有長時間的資金閒置，造成閒置成本的產生。

所以本交易所將不定期的發售我規劃的金融商品，例如，保險、債券、股票。
集中閒置資金，用來投資生產，製造市場缺乏的商品，彌補市場空缺。
並將賺取的利潤依照事前規劃，與投資人約定分成。

How it Works?
A certain number of players who have all the golds with them but don’t know how to invest. Either they lose it or money was put on hold but not making profits like they should be. LanFang Exchange Center will publish different Financial products such as Insurance, Stock or bond.

All Gold collected will be used to invest to meet the needs of the Market, and the profits will be distributed to the investors accordingly.


金融商品特色：
1.    可交易
金融商品，需登記持有人，可交易轉讓他人，需買賣雙方至本交易所登記轉移所有權。並且支付總交易面額的0.5%作為收續費。

2.    每日支付利息
基礎配息1% +不定期公告之浮動利率。
浮動利率最低為0 %，依市場行情波動做調整。

3.    可抵押借款
可將金融商品做為保證品，向本交易所抵押貸款。
貸款利率：基礎配息+當日浮動利率+0.5%（每日計算）

4.    收益期限
依照發售時合約載明
部分金融商品收益期限為永久
部分金融商品則是有期限限制

5.    退場機制
有收益期限的金融商品，時間截止時，權限自然消滅。
永久收益之金融商品，本交易所提供贖回，可隨時強制要求本交易所，以初始售價50%購回。

Financial Products :
1.    Tradeable
Registered Investor for all Financial Products can trade the ownership of the product to other. The seller and new buyer will need to contact LanFang Exchange Center for registration and keep record. An admin fee of 0.5% of the total exchange amount will be charged from the transaction.

2.    Daily Interest
A daily fixed interest rate will be 1% of the investment. A bonus floating interest rate will be given according to market’s activities and will not be lower than 0%.

3.    Mortgage
All products can be register to LanFang Exchange Center to Mortgage. Mortgage interest rate: Fixed interested rate of 1% + floating interest rate of the day + 0.5%. Daily Clearance.

4.    Earning Period
Each product has its own Earning Period; all details will be listed when the product is published. It is also possible for a product to have unlimited Earning Period.

5.    Withdrawal Mechanism
Products with limited Earning Period will be self-terminated when the time limit is reached. Products have unlimited Earning Period can be sold back to LanFan Exchange anytime with 50% of its original price sold by the LanFan Exchange.
