Portugal and Spain get a deal with THe South America Countries 


- Portugal, Spain and South American countries (Argentin, Bolivia, Brasil, Peru, Venezuela) cannot dow each other *,- They cannot fight against each other in attacking battles,


- They cannot fight against each other in rw's,


- They can help their allies to DEFEND against each others,


- Portugal gets all of their core regions back, (Lisboa and Madeira)

- Spain Gets all theyr cores Back


- Portugal cannot help Serbia, Croatia, Romania (or any other country, being it their allies or not allies) to take bonuses away whiches is currently owned by Bosnia, France or Germany, it means any form of help 

- We (Portugal and SA countries/other alliance) may agree on other "NAP" agreements in the next 10 days, if we do agree about that then we will add countries to the list, if we don't then this list will be valid until the end of this agreement, which is:
