Greetings
Peace agreement has been reached between Germany - Iran and Georgia
Terms
1- Germany will rent Hesse , Bavaria to Georgia also Saxony , Brandeburg and Berlin to iran
2- Georgia will pay 200 gold for rent and iran will pay 150 gold for those regions
3- Germany can not DW Iran and Georgia and vice versa (Iran and Georgia can DoW Germany if the regions which belong to them are lost)
4- Germany wont fight in any Iran or Georgia RWs and vice versa
5- The agreement will be valid until Day 514
