Here at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I would like to formally welcome the Swiss to the Virtu alliance and hope that their nation, along with all other nations within the Virtu alliance prosper. 

This brings Virtu, officially, up to 4 nations. Including Pakistan, Ireland, Israel, and now Switzerland.
