ENGLISH VERSION :
-Russia and Israel have agreed on resolving their disputes in peaceful manners
-Russia will not DoW and NE Israel and Israel will not DoW and NE Russia, unless for agreement purposes for 120 days.
-Israel again apologizes in front of the Russian administration.
-Russia agrees to relieve their demand from cyprus.
-Israel will keep the following regions : Northern Cyprus and Southern Cyprus
-Israel will pay 750 golds to Russia for relieving their rights on Cyprus
-Both administrations see the benefit of having a friendly relationship
-Both administrations will later negotiate TW if both sides are interested

- La Russie et Israël ont trouvé un accord a la sortie d'une négociation calme et sereine
.- La Russie ne lancera pas de DOW ni de NE contre Israël et inversement, et ce pour un délai de 120 jours minimum.
- Israël s'excuse encore envers la Russie pour les désagréments occasionnés.
- la Russie est d'accord pour quitter Chypre.
- Israël prendra les régions suivantes : Northern Cyprus et Southren Cyprus.
- Israël paiera 750 Golds à la Russie afin de récupérer leurs droits sur Chypre.
- Les deux gouvernements voient l’intérêt de maintenir une relation amicale l'un envers l'autre.
- Les deux gouvernements pourront négocier a l'avenir une TW si les deux partis sont intéressés.
