In this article I described “ oieritul” , th sheep farming. It is still practiced nowadays.
In the first part I spoke about transhumance.
In the second part of the article, I wrote about how cheese is produce.
The shepherds make cheese to " stâna". It is the place where the sheep are milking and they are sheltered and guarded by shepherd dogs.
The shepherds are using this process these days.
