i can suggest this - smaller country pays rent to be able to use the resource of the bigger country (they must have borders) the amount should be set up by agreement of both countries

vaitape you are right..if no border it will be 10% for each bonus..i like it..this update should be available only for countries with 1-6or 7 regions....for example albania with Fyrom ... albania has border with fyrom..albania has fish,saltpeper and deer...fyrom has fruits ,iron and fish...this is profitable for both and each country profits same amount of bonus..this is just an example of a perfect profit from bonuses

But this raise another problem....which country will share their bonus with uruguai ...they have fish...and all countries have fish

@AlbRev, perhaps some country that wants to help Uruguay. Any country wishing to share their bonuses with them.

we still need map to be redone, thoes are only suggestion to superglue problem thats made with copying map from other game without giving any though on some sort of balance to the game. We need it remade, not just fixed till they dont introduce something new that would again screw it up.

only part of the bonus. like +15% instead of +20% also may propose a single country per bonus(region) to get whole 20%
