France is very well organised indeed, but you have a lucky geopolitical situation too. You has weak and very low population countries at your borders with quite good bonuses. For example UK, where you could find 5 extra cheap bonuses. And because of you lucky geopolitical situation, you dont have to fight for your existence every month. You didnt have a crucial war since the game started, so you can reserve your money and income for such great projets.
