Hello citizens of eRevollution!
After some careful negotiations, the governments of France and the United States, have reached a mutual agreement between our two countries. Read below for the details of the French Rental Agreement.

French Rental Agreement
I - Terms
1. France will rent the regions of South Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey for 20g per region, for a lump sum of 120g.
2.  Once the regions are under French control, no RWs will be allowed by the American government until the expiration of the deal. Should an RW be started prior to expiration, in one of the above regions, the United States must fight for France.
3. France may not attack regions outside of the ones mentioned above, and the United States may not attempt to defeat French attacks in said regions.
4. This agreement will last for 30 days, expiring on Day 320. At the date of expiration, the respective French and American governments may negotiate for a renewed, or restructured rental.
