Dear friends and allies, people of France!
It's been a long time since Belgium had Government. Older players remembers the USWE (United States of Western Europe) agreement: on this link when Netherlands was PTOed, and France was attacked from many sides. Even than, stronger countries refused to help France, but Belgium was there to help. Now, Belgium have 0 regions, and low activity level. As former President of Belgium, I have asked French CP to return region of Brussels to Belgium, and I'm waiting for respond. Meanwhile, I would like to ask citizens of France to let Brussels back to Belgium, and Belgium will certainly be grateful. We had DO for France in many battles, financed MPP's with France, and was there for France and friends and allies.

Now, do the same, and help Belgium! Even without MPP, Belgium will have DO's for France!
