Alliances news
With the World War heading toward a Vae Victis victory, other countries are joining the winning team. In latest Vae Victis address, Latvia, Lithuania, Morocco and Peru were welcomed in the alliance. Also, looking at the Vae Victis alliance page in game, it looks like Ukraine has joined the alliance. Two new alliances are born. One is called "Fre United", and the members are mainly European countries fighting against Vae Victis. The other one is called "Fortuna" and is probably more on the side of Vae Victis. So here it is the new alliances situation.

Oceania
Vae Victis controls the area. Albania, Indonesia and Taiwan own most territories, leaving one region to both Australia and New Zealand communities.


Africa
With Morocco joining Vae Victis, the alliance controls the whole continent. Brazil rules most of Nigeria. South Africa is controlled by Brazil, Indonesia and Bulgaria. Turkey and Macedonia own all Egyptian territories.


Asia
This is probably the biggest resource tank for Vae Victis. Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Taiwan and Turkey are controlling basically the whole continent. South Korea (partially occupied by Romania but also occupying most of North Korea) and Japan (partially occupied by Taiwan and Indonesia) are trying to keep under their control as many original regions as they can. The only important exception to VV domination in Asia, is Russia, that is in Delos alliance. Russia controls only two of their original regions, but has seven colonies in India. In the next weeks we ll probably see some Bollywood action. Last but not least, it looks like an "holy war" has started between Israel and Turkey to control the holy land.


South America
Recent news is igning the continent to Vae Victis and friends (Fortuna), while Argentina and Bolivia are the only "enemy" countries, being a part of Delos and Fre United. Brazil completed the conquer of Uruguay. Peru joined Vae Victis alliance, while Chile, Paraguay and Portugal have joined the friendly alliance of Fortuna. Venezuela has lost most of their territories and is partially occupied also by Morocco. It is important to remember that Morocco is managed by strong Greek players that have now joined Vae Victis, and changed a new country with few players to a world colonist country.


North America
USA keeps sharing their territories with allies in exchange for money and protection in case of war. A big part of Canada is still occupied by Ireland, a country that has welcomed many strong French players increasing their power. After Ireland officially joined Delos, we expect to see important battles in Canada. Poland is already attacking New Foundland and Labrador after conquering two Irish territories.


Europe
Europe is still the main World War battleground. Delos and Fre United have joined their efforts in a war agains Vae Victis. Initially they took initiative and gained some regions in Usa, Morocco, Italy and launched a coordinated attack against Albania. Battle after battle, Vae Victis was able to close the American and African campaigns, bringing the war focus in Europe.
In Northern Europe, after Latvia and Lithuania joined Vae Victis, only Denmark is fighting against VV.
Eastern Europe is under Vae Victis control with Ukraine joining the alliance.
Western Europe is no more a Delos stronghold. Bulgaria landed in Valencian Community and Poland conquered two Irish territories. Delos conquered a new region in the United Kingdom (London) wiping out UK from the game.
In Central Europe the situation is quite balanced: Iran, Turkey and Poland keep many territories, but most of the area is under Delos+Fre United control, with France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia and Hungary.
In Southern Europe, Vae Victis is the lion, thanks to Turkey, Macedonia, Indonesia and the recent arrival of Brazil.
As usual, most of the epic battles are in the Balkans, with Albania, Romania, Turkey, Macedonia and Bulgaria fighting hard against Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Hungary. The situation is totally balanced at the moment, but closing Northern and Eastern Europe front could help Vae Victis to focus on this area in the next days.

Quoting a lar video game, "War, war never changes". But "Bikinis, bikinis always change".
