The battle of Lorraine was a close battle between France and Iran. At the end, there was only a 904,500,202 point difference. After the loss, the french congratulated Iran for its win but did vow for revenge. 
On the Iranian side, they were rubbing it in France's face that they won.( Well it was some Iranians.) But there were also some Iranians that congratulated France for the close battle.
