Here is a list with newspapers whose owners want to exchange s4s
Subscribe them all, send a message to MiguelFromPortugal so that you can be added to the list, send a message to the owners saying s45 or s12 or whatever so they can subscribe yours, they have 3 days to answer you with s12, s34,etc....if one of them doesn't answer in 3 days, you should send a message to MiguelFromPortugal and MiguelFromPortugal will message them asking why didn't subscribe.....if they don't answer in 3 days, their link will be removed from the list and to reinclude they have to request again to MiguelFromPortugal
