After nearly 2 months of glorious 10/10 resourses, Serbia goes down to 9/10! As clearly seen on the map, elements of UCK (KLA) have infiltrated the Serbian occupied province of Tirana, and successfully executed a carefully planned uprising. The maneuver cut off Serbia's connection to Italy, giving it's economy a huge backstep. Is this the beginning of Serbia's downfall?
