Good evening citizens of e-world. The following article regards the non aggression pact signed by Spain and MDP. It's useful though for people to learn all the background in this war. On day 150, Spain had approached MDP for a NAP agreement. MDP offered this NAP without any conditions at all. Additionally there was a full membership proposal, suggested at Spain. It's no secret that Spain was included at the initial planning of MDP. Spain rejected this proposal, as it was their right to do. Worse of all, they did not respect the NAP they had got by MDP, i repeat, without any terms. Their intention was obviously, to help Venezuela in the war with Portugal, a new ally of them. A respected decision, still a NAP violation. MDP had to carry on the operation which lead to the defeat of Spain. A proud country that fought hard. Unfortunately, no matter how Spain is respected by MDP alliance, in this NAP will be treated like an enemy country. This was not a choice of MDP. Here is the NAP agreed:


I - Preamble

In the interest of sustainable peace between the Mutual Defense Pact Alliance (here represented by the United States, Portugal and France) and Spain, all nations gather in order to sign a peace treaty in the terms described below.

II - Terms and Conditions
Portugal shall hold the following regions: Castilla y Leon, Asturias, La Rioja and Basque Country

USA shall hold the following region: Galicia

France will have the following regions: Catalonia, Valencian Community, Murcia, Andalucia and Canary Islands

All the regions mentioned in the previous terms shall be occupied for a minimum period of 30 days counting only after the period all regions are correctly hold by the nations described above.

After the 30 day period, the situation will be re-evaluated and possibility of renting regions will be discussed.

The occupying countries may return regions before the 30 day period as they see fit and after notifying the Spanish government

Spain and Portugal will have TW only when and where Portugal decides to. Costs of renewing DW and costs of attack will be payed 50/50

If any RW is opened without previous agreement, no one from Spain is to fight there and the region is to remain under Portuguese/French/American occupation. 

In the event foreigners try to turn the battle to Spain side, Spain is to fight in opposite site and secure that the rw is not successful.

As insurance policy, Spain will transfer 75 gold to Portugal’s Country Treasure and 75 gold to France’s Country Treasure. 

If, after the 30 days period,the terms described in this treaty were not broken, the 150g (75g+75g) will be returned to the Spanish government

Since the world map will be reworked, MDP reserve the rights to change the regions occupied after the process is finished

France is willing to let go of some regions before the 30 day period but it will depend on the state of the war and the map rework;

Spain will not set DO and will not tank in Brazil battles without any exception;

If Spain breaks any terms described in this document then there will be no turning back and MDP will strike.
