Hello,

We already have non-agression agreement with Hungary and we have decided to renew it with different terms.

TERMS

1- Hungary will not take any belligerent actions towards any member of Vae Victis alliance such as Declaring war against with the exception of the cases predicted in this document. Other countries mentioned likewise will not attack Hungary.

2- Vae Victis, here represented by Turkey will grant to Hungary the regions Central Slovakia, Moravia, Southern Bohemia, Northern Bohemia, and Hungary is given the permission to liberate them, with the condition: Czech Republic and Turkish controlled regions of Germany cannot have common borders. Hungary cannot get Eastern Slovakia and Subcarpathia under any condition.

3- Hungary cannot fight against Turkey and Romania in any Resistance War and cannot set Turkey and Romania as Natural Enemy.

4- Hungary cannot fight against Turkey and Romania through MPP except the situation that mentioned countries are attacking any core region of ally of Hungary.

5- In every two days Resistance War will be started in the Hungarian controlled region of Slovakia (Central Slovakia). Cost will be covered by government of Hungary If the RW is started by Vae Victis.

6- Hungary cannot let any enemy of Vae Victis p through its regions to attack any member of Vae Victis alliance.

7- In the end of agreement, If Turkey – Hungary – Romania cannot agree on renewing the deal, Hungary will release all the regions in Slovakia and Czech Republic.

8- The agreement will be valid until day 341.
