Talk with change nothing that's why I will talk more about problem 

1- Change regions number
a- Compare
In reality USA have 50+ regions and the same number in game, to compare I will use France who have 20+  regions, Brazil who have 6 regions, Switzerland who have 4 regions and North Korea who have 6 regions do you think it's fair for them ? 
USA = Country with the more region in erev
France = ~6% of USA size IRL and we have less than 20+ regions now : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_France
Brazil = ~90% of USA size IRL and 12% of they region in game



France = My Native Country
Switzerland = Loved by admin hater
North Korea = My country in game

b- Purpose ?
Remove 15 regions of France and add 40 to Brazil => JOKE of course !

Make every country between 4 to 8 regions wooooow ?
But it's impossible look at USA there is 50+ how you can to make it work ?
Look Canada have 12 regions same size
Look Australia have only 9 joke 
Just look at BRAZIL they should have 2 more man !

Admin want to change the game and improve it but why they wont do it ? 
Because changing a map need to work for it, even if they think its' better that still  harder than check a bank account. (joke) 

2- Change region bonuses
Change all region bonuses to between 4-6 different without "TRIPLE bonuses"  

USA core region = 100% food 100% weapon 100% houses (15 bonuses)
France core region = 80% / 40% / 60% (9 bonuses)
Brazil core region = 20% / 80% / 20% (6 bonuses)
Switzerland core region = 20% / 20% / 40% (4 bonuses)
North Korea core region = 40% / 20% / 0% (3 bonuses)


As you can see USA have ALL bonuses only with core, why they should enter in a war ? Only defend territory nothing more.
As you can see France have 9 bonuses did anyone counted the number of useless bonuses ? 7 fruits 4 cattle 1 grain 1 sand more than needed
As you can see I didn't count USA useless bonuses and I wont talk about the famous Granite in South Dakota.
As you can see Brazil have 6 bonuses for 6 regions, I think it's cool and fair, we found one country with egality yeaaaaah !
As you can see Switzerland have 4 bonuses for 4 regions, still fair yeaaaaaaah ! EGALITY WON again !
As you can see North Korea have 3 bonuses for 6 regions look bad we have 4 FRUITS ! Change 2 fruits in others bonuses.
As you can see Norway have 2 bonuses for 6 regions don't look better than North Korea (5 fruits more) change 3 fruits in others bonuses
