TRAITE DE PAIX FRANCE/ESPAGNE

Bonjour à vous, citoyens et citoyennes efrançais ! 
Comme annoncé, un accord de paix a été signé avec l'eEspagne. Voici donc les termes de ce traité, négocié entre les CP des deux parties :

Régions conservées par l’Espagne

La France s’engage à rendre les régions suivantes à l’Espagne :
- Balearic Islands
- Valencian Community
- Castilla La Mancha
- Madrid
- Murcia
- Andalucia
La France s’engage à ne pas intervenir dans les guerres de résistance pour les régions citées ci-dessus.
La France s’engage à prévenir ces alliés de ne pas combattre dans les guerres de résistance des régions citées ci-dessus.
L’Espagne devra financer la libération des régions citées ci-dessus.
La France s’engage à ne pas reprendre les régions citées ci-dessus.

Régions annexées par la France

L’Espagne s’engage à donner les régions suivantes à la France :
- Catalonia
- Aragon
- Navarra
- Basque Country
- La Rioja
- Castilla y Leon
- Cantabria
- Asturias
- Galicia
- Extremadura
- Canary Island
L’Espagne s’engage à ne pas lancer de guerre de résistance dans les régions citées ci-dessus. Si une guerre de résistance non approuvé était démarré, l’Espagne s’engage à ne pas demander l’aide de ces alliés et à ne pas combattre pour la libération de cette région.

Cation de ce traité

Si l’Espagne venait à rompre ce traité, la France annexerait l’intégralité du territoire espagnol et lui ferait perdre tous ces MPP.
Et si l’un des deux partis souhaitaient cer ce traité, il devrait en avertir l’autre une semaine avant afin de conserver des relations diplomatiques amicales.

Durée de ce traité

Ce traité est signé entre l’Espagne et la France pour le restant du mandat de Président et sera reconduit automatiquement chaque mois sauf si un des nouveaux Président souhaite renégocier et modifier certaines conditions.

L'action militaire de l'eFrance va donc évoluer. Il vous est donc demandé de bien suivre les consignes gouvernementales afin de ne pas faire involontairement obstacle à la paix maintenant signée. 
Les combats se concentreront désormais dans les divers RW lancées en accord avec les termes du traité de paix.

France and Spain have signed a peace treaty, thank to the negociation between CP of two sides. 
Terms of the treaty are :

Regions kept by Spain

France is committing to give back the following regions to Spain :
- Balearic Islands
- Valencian Community
- Castilla La Mancha
- Madrid
- Murcia
- Andalucia
France is committing to not intervene in any Resitance War (RW) launched in the regions previously stated.
France is committing to warn his allies to not fight in the Resistance War previously stated.
Spain will have to finance the liberation of the regions previously stated.
If Spain comply with this agreement, France is committing to not take back the regions previously stated.

Regions annexed by France

Spain is committing to give up the following regions to France :
- Catalonia
- Aragon
- Navarra
- Basque Country
- La Rioja
- Castilla y Leon
- Cantabria
- Asturias
- Galicia
- Extremadura
- Canary Island
Spain is committing to not launch any Resistance War (RW) in the regions previously stated. If a non approved RW is launched in a region annexed by France, Spain is committing to not ask for help to his allies and not fight in order to free that region.

Breach of that agreement

If Spain breaches that agreement , France will annex the entire Spain and the Spanish MPP will then be lost.
And if one of the parts wants to break it, he should advice the other one with one week margin to make it more diplomatic friendly.

Term of this agreement

This agreement was signed between Spain and France for the remainder of the term of the CP and it will be automatically extended for a month except if one of the two new CP will negotiate and change some conditions.
