In the next several days Portugal and the United States will be implementing the Porto Resolution through a series of region swaps for a new, adjusted rental agreement.

Portugal will declare war on the United States and attack Kentucky. Simultaneously, USA will open a resistance war in Iowa, before attacking Missouri a day after the battle of Kentucky.

All citizens be advised that these moves are a regions wap by a past treaty.

Earlier today there was a miscommunication about Missouri RW, which was widely perceived to be a drain attempt in European nations by the United States, when it was actually opened by a foreign ally of the US in hopes of completing the region swap. These difficulties have been sorted out and we are good to go with the original agreement.
