Recently I was contacted by the Lithuanian president, Walen, who shared his view about uniting our 3 Baltic nations in a confederation under the Estonian flag (Estonia was chosen as the neutral party, as Latvia & Lithuania had some conflicts in the past).
According to the plan, to which he has agreed with Latvian president arca7, Lithuanians and Latvians will change citizenship to Estonia and their regions will be conquered by Estonia. The new confederated state should be much stronger than its constituent nations, and hopefully it will lead to our growth and prosperity and finally make the game more interesting.
In order to ist to this vision I have decided to run for president of Estonia on the next elections.

This is the proposed constitution of the Baltic Union:

I - THE PRINCIPLES
 
Art. 1- The Baltic Unionshall work for the integrity of the union.
Art. 2- The Baltic Unionand its people shall be described by its official name or simply the baltics,referred as one people, one army and one nation, without any segregatory
treatment.
Art. 3- The Baltic Unionshall maintain its sovereignty over the baltic lands, composed by the core
regions of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
 
II - STATE ORGANIZATION
 
Art. 4- The Baltic Unionis a Confederation formed by the States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Art. 5- Estonia, Latviaand Lithuania shall have its individual political parties.
Art. 6- The Presidentwill be elected by the Baltic High Council.
Art. 7- The Baltic HighCouncil is endowed of constituent power as long as it represents the people of
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Art. 8- The Baltic HighCouncil will be constituted by the Party Presidents of the political parties of
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, uming representative role of their people in
Government.
Art. 9- The Councillorsof the Baltic High Council will elect the Country President between the days 25
and 2 of every month through internal discussions, placing only one candidate
for the direct election at the day 5.
Art.10- The treasurywill be singular and composed by the union of the treasuries of Estonia, Latvia
and Lithuania.
 
III - THE ADMINISTRATION
 
Art. 11- The formerlynational companies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will keep under the
administration of their respective owners, being their responsibility to work
together with the Minister of Finances for Baltic interests.
Art. 12- Only thenational military unit, if created, shall adapt its name and uniforms with the
Baltic flag.
Art. 13- The President,the Minister of Defence and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall use the
Baltic flag in their avatars if used with another confederated flag or do not
use any flag.
Art. 14- The officiallanguage in the national feed is English, being other languages used in the
Party feeds or Military Unit feeds.
Art. 15- The Presidentshall work for the integration of the confederation and delegate the Ministers
of the nation.
Art. 16- The Presidentshall take its decisions consulting the Baltic High Council.
Art. 17- The Presidentcan not approve citizenships without previous consult to the Baltic High
Council and its accordance.
Art. 18- It is the dutyof the Baltic High Council to write laws, constitutional amendments, supervise
the president and protect the Constitution.
Art. 19- The Presidentshall publicly state the government budget for the month in the beginning of
its term in order to move gold from the treasury to his account.
Art. 20- The nationalgold and currency shall be administered by the President and the Minister of
Finances.
Art. 21- The governmentshall present a fiscal report at the day 4 of every month containing the
government transactions and the starting and ending budget amount of the month.
Art. 22- If thePresident is Lithuanian, shall the Vice President be Latvian, and vice versa.
 
IV - DISSOLUTION
 
Art. 23- In case ofdissolution, the treasury will be divided by the proportion of donated gold in
the creation of the Union, being at least 10% granted to Estonia.
Art. 24- All players notoriginally born in Estonia or not approved by their newly formed government to
stay in the country shall move to its original country.
Art. 25- The three newlyformed countries shall work to avoid Political Take-Overs in the former
confederated nations.
Art. 26- All coreregions of Latvia and Lithuania shall be returned by the formerly Baltic Union
and the new Estonian State.
