Hello everyone,

Today I would like to share my idea for game improvement. Yes the game is slowly dying and Admin is not willing to do anything about it.
Even if this idea stays just an idea I would like to hear feedback from other players.

Rebels

Let's say that region X in country Y wants' to declare it's independence from the rest of the country.
Only 1 core region would have this option, Capital excluded.

Citizen of region X who has CS of county Y needs 9 more citizens of the same region to start rebel war against country Y.
Rebel wars would work like this:
- Only citizens of country Y can fight (they chose sides just like in RW) but cannot change,
- Fee to start the rebel war would be 30 gold per person
- If rebels win the war, new country would emerge (region name or DPR of original country name), first supporter of the rebellion would be a CP and other 9 supporters would be Congress Members, other citizens who fought for rebels would become citizens, fee for rebellion would go into country treasury and additional % of country Y treasury as well. Countries of the world would automatically get the law to recognize of denounce the new country (66% p rate) and the new law for CP would be added ''Recognize a country'' and the country would have 7 days protection against invasion.
- If country Y wins a war, rebellion fee would go into country Y treasury, rebels would lose possibility to run for Congress or CP for 30 days, and region X would enter cooldown stage for 30 days as well, where no rebellion would be possible.
- If country Y declares war against rebels and wipes them out, region X would imilate to the country Y. (MPP battles)
- If rebellion country declares war against country Y and wins a regions they would imilate to the rebellion country.
- If rebellion country wipes country Y, only the capital would have the RW option.
- Occupied regions cannot start rebellion wars only RW.

I believe that this would enhance all modules of the game and give us interesting part of the game.
