That's the stupidest election rule I have ever heard of . Wouldn't it be more logical that it depends based on what percentage of votes each party got . I mean this election rule actually makes these elections a fraud because it undermines the votes of citizens who voted. It literally says : " It is not important what do people of this country vote for , what is really important is who has the fastest finger "

How is it possible that all 5 people with 3 votes from Zdrugova vojna hunta party became Congress members while from 7 people with 3 votes in CroRevollution party there was only one who became congress member ?
