In The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything  - a super computer came up with answer, which was 42.

I am here to inform you that super computer was wrong... very terribly and completely wrong.

The answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything is :

What? you may say. Kosovo? Why Kosovo?

1) Serbia claims Kosovo.

"Kosovo je Srbija"  or more likely in its native script  "Косово је Србија" you may see written on walls, doors, fences.. and most importantly it is in the hearts and minds of every "real" Serbian citizen. Anyone who dares to even suggest that Kosovo may be, possible, just maybe... be an independent entity is sneered at, abused, called traitor to mother Serbia



2) Albania claims Kosovo... with just as much pion, zeal, religious ardor as does their much larger neighbor Serbia..

And sandwiched between them is a little poor country/province/state - call it what you wish according to your personal beliefs.

3) Turkey strongly supports Albania - in this claim at least.
(In eRepublik - many years ago- there was a vote... vote to decide what should be done with Kosovo that was being introduced into eRepublik. Serbia voted for Kosovo to be a part/province of Serbia. Turkey its powerful ally (in those days) voted overwhelmingly for Kosovo to be a free country. The alliance broke, and Serbia and Turkey have been in war just about ever since.)



Now we arrive to today's  eRevollution scenario:

Albania attacks Kosovo  (an original  region of Serbia in eRevollutin).

Albania is smaller and less powerful, but with help of mighty VISA - Serbia is on a back foot.

Some sources report that Albania has spent almost 1000 Euros ??? on this war. That is real money. Rumors of course, but shows how strong feelings run here.

Albania has MPP with Turkey (also Ukraine, USA, Georgia...) powerful allies. Serbia has twice as many MPP 's but stronger nations seem to be with Albania

Now comes in another powerful country: Croatia

1) Croatia has tried for an alliance with Serbia. If that happened.. they could have owned the whole world. It did NOT happen.

2) Croatia has tried for an MPP with Turkey. It did not happen. Turkey adopted Wait and see attitude: -> Let Croatia prove itself first.

3) Croatia needing to "prove itself" and short of important resources attacked Slovenia and resource rich and underlated Austria... 

4) Lastly Croatia signed alliance with USA and Albania and as such elected which side of conflict they will be.

Croatia enters WAR against Serbia... and over what?

...a small impoverished region in the mountains of Balkans

As it turns out Kosovo is the key region over which whole world will divide itself into alliances/teams and fight.

Sooo... what is The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything?

One word:  KOSOVO
